BLOCK1

BLOCK1 training is 1 day long and it includes 6 training modules, fitness tests, biometrics tests, body-type tests, mind-set tests, and other Corporate performance activities based on the development of the individual and his represented company.

PRICES

  • Price for BLOCK1 training: 750 EUR / 1 person (including VAT)
  • Option to participate up to 2 persons from one company
  • Included: 6 training modules, online coaching platform, training materials, tests, training plans, analysis, online support
  • Excluded: travel expenses, food expenses, gym membership expenses, heart rate monitor, and other extra costs

 

Additional options:

  • Re-check module: 250 EUR (including VAT) / 2,5 hours
  • Onsite or Online Consultation: 100 EUR (including VAT) / 1 hour
